I hired several UI/UX reviewers and Web Quality Solutions is not the cheapest but is my number 1 in terms of price-value AND provided value. Our app is difficult to use because it offers a lot, so it was a challenge for many other UI/UX reviewers. Kristin gave a lot of feedback, but not just a lot: it was excellent feedback, not just in UX rules, but in “what is the user seeing and thinking” and then can break it down to you and suggest you a solution. You can actually see that they tested every little detail. I was really impressed.

We ended up experiencing delays to our software release for her to test, and we had a firm testing deadline – Kristin was still able to work with our deadline, despite the delay on our end, and provided excellent, detailed test results.
