We are strong believers in the advantages of providing results written in black and white, that you can always refer to when you need, over a simple video of one of our team members going through your product and thinking out loud, so in all cases you will receive a deliverable in written form. Whether you prefer to receive a summary report in the form of a text document with annotated screenshots or for us to log all issues we find in a platform of your choice (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) is up to you. You will be able to specify your preferences when requesting a quote.
Absolutely. Through extensive testing, we identify any usability, functionality, or compatibility issues that could be impacting your product’s performance. By addressing these issues, we will help ensure that your product is running smoothly and that users have a positive experience, ultimately leading to an increase in the conversion rate. When testing we consider what your specific target market might like/dislike, what they would expect, and where their attention should be directed when visiting your website, so that we can offer useful personalized advice for your particular case.

Our team is fluent in English and Bulgarian. If your website is in another language, we will have to use the built-in browser translator, so we will be able to perform our services normally, with the only exception being we won’t be able to point out any grammatical mistakes or inconsistencies that might be in the texts. We won’t be able to test a mobile app in languages other than English or Bulgarian because we won’t be able to translate it on the go.
